The Martin family have been linked with Burrell Creek for many years.  This is Samuel Martin the first’s original Post Office and Cash Store at Burrell Creek in 1908.

On the verandah are Emily Martin and Codelia Thiele with son Stanley.  In the foreground are Cecil, Bertha, Florence, Vera and Emily.
