The Manning Valley Historical Society

The North Coast Steam Navigation Company of Sydney's wharves, on the riverbank at Taree, was a busy place in the late 1800's and early 1900's.  

Here goods were loaded and unloaded and passengers boarded coastal ships for Sydney.  This picture has a steamer alongside the wharf.
